Our ladies took the reigns and took 2nd place in Chicken with a perfect 180 score but we weren’t done. We then took 2nd place is Ribs. To top it all off we won GRAND CHAMPIONS for the American Royal Backyard BBQ Contest. Score 357.7 of 360.

In our basic catering, You tell us how many people are coming and we can provide a selection of BBQ (chicken, St Louis Port Ribs, Brisket and more), plus you can add side items and desserts to your get-together. Just click on the contact selection and submit the form. Knowledge-Q options are done on-site with you. 2 people per knowledge package, and the catering is limited to 12 guest.
